Description:
Remote technical review of a medium recreational craft (12 m-18 m) based on documentation, photos, videos, and a live call with the potential buyer.
Client to provide:
Vessel basic data (builder, model, year, dimensions, engine details).
Copy of registration and previous survey reports (if any).
High-resolution photos and short videos following our checklist.
Contact of local person attending the vessel (broker, skipper, owner).
What’s included & estimated time:
1.5 hours: Online briefing with client (requirements, intended use, budget; more complex craft)
2.0 hours: Review of registration documents, past surveys, maintenance invoices, and more extensive systems documentation (generators, electronics, tenders, etc.)
3.0 hours: Review of photo and video set supplied according to checklist (hull, deck, machinery, interior, equipment, systems)
1.5 hours: Focused live video call: engine room.
2.5 hours: Focused live video call: exterior & interior walkthrough.
3.0 hours: Written Opinion of Condition & Suitability for Intended Use (PDF, up to 8 pages).
2.5 hours: Indicative market value range based on age, condition, and market.
Estimated price:
Total hours: 16 hours (briefing, review, calls, report).
Hourly rate: €62.51/h VAT Included (21% SPAIN)
Remote Services: All services are performed remotely. On-site attendance can be quoted separately by Valencia Marine Services upon request.
Scope & Fees: Prices indicated are typical fees based on average complexity. If a case presents exceptional complexity, a revised quotation will be provided before acceptance.
Currency: All fees are expressed in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
VAT / Taxation:
Spanish private clients: IVA (21%) applies.
Spanish companies: IVA (21%) applies and may be deductible subject to eligibility.
EU companies with valid VAT number: Reverse charge mechanism may apply (0% VAT charged).
Clients outside the EU: 0% VAT (exported services).
